Electrical Systems of California understands the importance and value of helping property managers and facility owners go “green” through energy conservation programs aimed at preserving the environment. We develop energy conservation or "green" programs to help our clients use energy efficiently and prudently by supporting activities that reduce end-use demand for energy. We work closely with our customers to identify ways to reduce or eliminate unnecessary energy use and waste.
We also work very closely with contractors and customers to help with new construction or building remodels to meet the requirements of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™. LEED encourages and accelerates global adoption of sustainable green building and development practices through the creation and implementation of universally understood and accepted tools and performance criteria.
We work with property managers and facilities owners to evaluate, provide suggestions, and create sustainable energy conservation programs to meet LEED criteria to achieve certification. We offer energy conservation programs in the following LEED Rating System areas:
New Construction—we work with general contractors and designers to identify energy conservation design-build approaches to ensure new facilities meet LEED criteria.
Existing Buildings—we will evaluate and recommend suggestions to upgrade and enhance an existing building’s energy systems to help meet LEED standards. We will also implement suggestions and work closely with the general contractor to install the new energy-efficient systems.
